Tech workers have been an important part of all of Kshama's previous campaigns, including her movement that won Seattle's historic Amazon Tax. Tech workers have played a crucial role in the movements for climate justice and against ICE and the genocide. 

Kshama has a long track record of fighting in solidarity with tech workers. As founder of Workers Strike Back, she organized to help the recent courageous strike by the workers at Kickstarter, who are members of OPEIU union local 153.
